Living With Diabetes

Howard County General Hospital: A Member of Johns Hopkins Medicine will offer Living with Diabetes classes for people with diabetes. The classes will cover how to change habits, solutions for staying healthy and diabetes management plans for different lifestyles. An endocrinologist, diabetes nurse educator, dietician, psychologist, podiatrist and exercise specialist will teach the classes.

Smoke-Free Lungs

Participants will learn tips for quitting tobacco habits and mastering long-term success. This program provides support and education for those wanting to quit as well as support for those who have already quit. Attend one or all sessions.
