The Maryland Half Marathon & 5K returns to Maple Lawn this year with 100 percent of the net proceeds benefiting the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center. This race, which will be held for the tenth year in a row, has raised more than $3 million for cancer research. Ten years and 130,000 miles have helped to make significant strides in the fight against cancer by supporting research that has benefited countless patients and their families.
Anne Arundel Dermatology is sponsoring its third annual Strides Against Skin Cancer 5K/10K Walk/ Run on Sunday, May 20, 2018. The race will take place at Kent Island High School in Stevensville, Maryland. All proceeds go toward skin cancer education, prevention, and treatment.
Presented by Rip It Events, the 8th Annual Ellicott City 5K/10K is a single competitor event located in Ellicott City, Maryland. The course is appropriate for all levels of experience including first-timers. This race includes a relay and kids fun run option.
