EC Ghost Tours
We double dare you to walk the streets and learn more about the past inhabitants of this historic milltown — one of the oldest and most haunted locales in America! The lady in white of Tonge Row, the Civil War soldier who stalks the lower end of Main Street, and the vigilant firefighter of Station 2 invite you to hear their stories during our frightfully fun ghost tours.

The Great Pumpkin Event
Come in costume. Enjoy decorating your pumpkin or ghost with supplies provided by the merchants at Savage Mill. Then stroll the Mill and collect free candy

This Old Town 
Come gather around in This Old Town! A very special evening of traditional Appalachian storytelling, song, and dance with Geraldine, Caleb Stine, Katherine Fahey, and Joe Wall at the beautiful Howard County Historical Society Museum. Cash bar. Local artists will be selling goods.

Sykesville Harvest Festival 
The annual Sykesville Harvest Festival is a community event that draws thousands of visitors to the Sykesville community each year. Currently, the Harvest Festival hosts 50+ craft and food vendors, live entertainment, and a FREE kids zone for families to enjoy

Maple Lawn Autumn Harvest Music Festival 
Join us for live music, food trucks, a beer garden, shopping and a kids zone at the Maple Lawn Autumn Harvest Music Festival on Saturday, October 13th from 1-6pm. This amazing community event features pumpkin decorating, a moonbounce, climbing wall and pony rides in the kids zone. Great seasonal brews on tap and delicious food vendors serving up your favorites. Tons of shopping and vendors on hand. Admission and parking are free. Some kids zone

Fifth Annual Erase hate through Art Exhibit
Erase Hate Through Art is an examination of the bullying and hate crimes through the eyes of the artist, presented to promote acceptance over tolerance. The show features the artworks of more than 50 artists. Erase Hate Through Art is sponsored by How Do You Like Me Now Productions Inc.
