Historic Ellicott City Annual Decorator Show House 
Come and marvel at Wilderness Farm, the 20th-century farmhouse selected for the 2018 Historic Ellicott City Decorators Show House. Since 1987, local decorators have been invited to design individual rooms in grand estates across Howard County, in order to preserve the home’s beauty and legacy for years to come. 

Hike to the Patapsco River 
Bring a water bottle, hearty snack and good hiking shoes and join us for a long, scenic hike on this lovely September day. After starting out at the Carriage House at Belmont, we will lead you through the forest to one of the most scenic areas of Patapsco Valley State Park, Orange Grove.

Halloween Among the Trees 
Gear up for a giant Halloween celebration for the whole family at the Robinson Nature Center! Enjoy a self-guided trick-or-treating adventure indoors and on paved trails (great for strollers and young children), or take a longer adventure through the woods stopping at delightful stations where nature's "tricks" are revealed. Delight in Halloween-inspired music, crafts and much more. 

Howl-o-ween 
Halloween is going to the dogs! Bring your four-footed kid dressed for Halloween and go trick-or-treating on Main St. Our shops will be passing out special dog treats courtesy of Clipper's Canine Cafe.  Costume contest too!

Family friendly mini music festival featuring the best of local talent at the Wine Bin on Main Street.

Harvest at the Hill Festival 
Manor Hill Farm will be hosting the Harvest at the Hill Festival on their 54-acre working farm in Ellicott City, Maryland. Manor Hill Brewing will be providing beer for the event in addition to tours, food, music, and much more. 

Taste of Howard County 
Join us for Merriment in Masquerade at the 33rd annual Taste of Howard County, featuring delicious tastings from 20 Howard County restaurants, a live and silent auction, raffle, and merriment with friends and community members. 

The Made Marketplace
The event welcomes people of all ages to celebrate Maryland products. It will feature an open air market, artisan, crafts, fine arts, live music and food.

Your bluegrass fix is served. He cooks. He sings. He commands the mandolin like it's an extension of his own body. DC's adopted bluegrass emissary and culinary master, Frank Solivan and his band, Dirty Kitchen will be serving up a tasty good time next Friday at The Soundry.

Wonders of Woodwinds
Marvel at the virtuosic and lyrical gifts of the woodwind family in this years annual Patagonia Winds concert. Highlights include beloved quintets by Nielsen and D'Rivera, and audience favorites by Bernstein and Gershwin.
