Comedy In The Courtyard returns for the first time in 2023 to the outdoor stage at Little Market Café for an amazing outdoor evening of jokes, food, BYOB with Carmen Ciricillo.

The Ellicott Silly Comedy Festival is bringing outdoor comedy back again to the beautiful courtyard outside of Little Market Café. The event is BYOB ! Sorry no outside food or beverage (except adult beverages) and we suggest that you pick up some adult beverages at the Wine Bin on 8390 Main St, Ellicott City, MD
Show time is 7:30PM and seating begins at 6:30PM, so you can order your food and non-alcoholic beverages from the amazing staff at Little Market Café.

Headliner:
Carmen Ciricillo is a Cleveland, Ohio native who started his career at the Cleveland Comedy Club. Carmen moved to Los Angeles and became a regular at the Santa Monica Improv where he met co-owner Mark Lonow. Mark helped transform Carmen’s show which led him on a very successful comedy path. Carmen created The Construction Comic from his sessions at the Improv and eventually ended up on one of the first home improvement shows in the country as the humorous toolman. From that three-year stint on the Discovery Channel, Carmen landed a yearlong tour with NASCAR doing comedy shows and driver interviews. He has also appeared on “Hold Everything” a nationally syndicated network prank show, MTV’s Ridiculousness, The Travel Channel and in humorous commercials for KIA, Google and Holigan Homes. Sirius/XM radio picked up two of Carmen’s comedy specials and has been playing them since 2009. He has headlined the country touring major comedy clubs such as The Improv, ThePunchline, SideSplitters, The Comic Strip, Catch a Rising Star and many more. Carmen also has performed for major corporations including Home Depot, KIA, DuPont and Pulte Homes to name a few. Volvo hired him to headline “The Hard Hat Comedy” tour which raised money for different charities while entertaining their clients in Florida, Georgia and New Jersey. This year Carmen’s Dry Bar Comedy Special filmed in Provo, Utah was released. Open Bar Comedy filmed his new special at McCurdy’s Comedy Club in Sarasota and is set to release in2023.

Carmen has amassed over 350,000 social media followers across all platforms with his stand-up bits and character sketches. His standup is a mixture of his blue-collar upbringing and his observational style, which often focuses on the absurdity of everyday situations and the quirks of human behavior.
