This menu brings back memories of when I was chef for a Five Star Resort in California. Tonight we will show you how to make your brunches sing! Brunches are great “special occasion days” celebrating families and friends. This menu brings lots of flavors and colorful presentation to your table. We will be creating a Spinach, Artichoke and Gouda Casserole, Smoked Salmon Benedict with Citrus-Dill Hollandaise, Hash Brown Fingerling Potatoes Provençal and French Toast with poached pears.
