Cooking Class: Gathering Fall in the Pyrenees

Every fall, as the community gathers in the harvest of wild mushrooms and vegetables, the villages nestled in the Pyrenees create savory stews and soups. We will be making a wild mushroom soup with trumpet pasta, followed by lamb and hearthside ragout. The beans, peppers, onions, and smoked paprika help create the flavorful meals that nourish during the snowy mountain winters.
