Cooking Class: Indian High Tea Party

Sometimes gathering friends together for a light snack prior to dinner is almost as good as the dinner itself…especially Indian High Tea style! Come experience an Indian High Tea. We will be creating Chicken Samosas with apricot jalepeno jelly, Aloo Vada Wraps -- a deep-fried, mashed potato dumpling with garlic and curry leaves served in a whole chapati wrap with mint chutney. Then we turn our hands to Tandoori Sizzling Shrimp -- jumbo shrimp marinated to perfection in a heavenly blend of yoghurt, Tandoori olive oil, and spices served sizzling with a blend of peppers, cabbage and grilled onions. Dessert is the ever popular rice pudding with saffron and pistachios served with ice cream And of course, hot chai tea will be served for this High Tea Party!
