Cooking Class: The Secret's in the Sauce

Chef Ravi reprises his popular class taught through Howard County Parks and Recreation to bring you the best of the basics of Indian cuisine: foundation sauces. 

We'll make three sauces - Masala, Makhani, and Korma, which will recreate nearly any dish you love at your favorite Indian restaurant - that's a Chef Ravi promise! 

We'll use our delicious sauces as the base of our meal: Chicken Tikka Masala, Paneer and Corn Korma, and Vegetable Masala with Lemon Pulao. And of course, we'll treat ourselves to dessert: warm vermicelli pistachio pudding.
