Howard County owes much of it’s rich history to its unique physical geography. Beginning with ship passenger lists from the early 1600’s through the flood of 1868, participants will learn how geography has influenced the historical, economic, and cultural development of Howard County. Like Maryland, Howard County could be considered “America in Miniature.”
