In this class, you'll be working with our Chef de Cuisine, Patrick, to learn how to make varied styles of saugage from scratch. Specifically we have chosen Merguez, Pork Breakfast, Veal Salami Cotto, & Green Chili Chicken Sausage using locally sources meats.
Our class limit is only 10 guests so you can get to doing some hands on cooking with Chef Patrick, and enjoy the fruit of your labor with a relaxed dinner and a glass of Chef-Paired Wine with the event. Our students always learn so much and have a great time with our smaller class sizes. Our cooking "experiences" always include dinner based on what you have prepared together (with some extras from the kitchen!).
