In this class, Chef Dan will show how to make Maryland Seafood shine in new ways by learning classic preparations that will amaze your family and friends. You will work together to create and then eat pasta with clam sauce, fried oysters “remoulade”, crab in a sherry mornay sauce, rockfish meuniere and seared tuna with a grenobloise sauce.
