Carne en su jugo: Slow braised beef strips cooked with bacon, and spring onions in a zesty and flavorful broth served refried beans and corn tortillas

Pescado zarandeado: Grilled red snapper marinated in achiote-chipotle mayo served with cilantro rice, refried beans, corn tortillas, and pickled red onion

Tamales de pollo: Two pulled chicken tamales topped with a
salsa roja, pico de gallo, sour cream, and queso fresco served with cilantro rice and refried beans
