Nestled amidst the lush Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods in Columbia, MD, Wine in the Woods invites you to experience the magic of their 30th-year  celebration. As Maryland's premier wine festival and the proud recipient of the Best Festival in Howard County award, this event promises a delightful fusion of wine, beer, food, music, artisans/crafters, and merriment.

About the Festival

At this two-day event, enjoy great food, shopping, music, wine, and beer! Placed throughout the festival grounds are the 30 juried artisans and specialty crafters and over 20 high-quality restaurants and caterers. Bring your picnic blanket and dancing shoes as multiple live bands play each day.

Wine in the Woods

Advanced ticket sales began in March 2024. Tickets are non-refundable, rain or shine. Each 21 years + ticket holder receives a complimentary souvenir wine glass upon entry.

This event is tailored for adults 21 years and over. While all patrons are welcome, please note that Wine in the Woods is not intended for children.

Location in Merriweather Park at Symphony Woods

Symphony Woods is nestled between the Merriweather Post Pavilion and the Merriweather District. Within a short walk, you can explore shops, bars like GameOn Bar Arcade, restaurants such as The Food Market, and then retreat to your comfy hotel bed to rest and relax.
