Course 1
Empanada de Carne: A Cuban style empanada filled with picadillo (ground beef, peas, carrots, raisins, served with a side of chipotle ranch for dipping

Avocado Tomato Salad: Fresh spring mix with creamy sliced avocado, grape tomatoes, queso fresco, tortilla strips, and our famous chipotle tamarind vinaigrette

Tortilla Soup: Comfort in a cup; tomato chipotle based broth, tender chicken breast chunks, carrots, zucchini, and tortilla strips

Course 2:
Pollo ala Crema: Juicy chicken breast, shrimp, and poblano peppers sauteed in a delectable creamy tequila sauce, served with our fluffy cilantro rice, creamy sliced avocado, fried plantains, drizzled with a balsamic reduction on top

Dos Equis Braised Brisket: Our famous brisket smoked for hours, then braised in dos equis beer creating a savory aus ju, served with our fluffy cilantro rice, refried beans, and citrusy pico de gallo
