The Scott’s Cove Recreational Area is located on the north bank of Rocky Gorge Reservoir (Howard County), and consists of the picnic area, playground, portable restroom facility, boat launch ramp, canoe storage/parking, gravel parking lots (at two locations off of Harding Road), and trash receptacles. The main uses are picnicking, canoe storage, boat launching, and shoreline fishing.
