This weekend, we honor the Veterans who have bravely served our country. On November 11, we observe Veterans Day, coinciding with Armistice Day, which marked the end of hostilities between the Allies and Germany in World War I. The armistice took effect at the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918.

Manor Hill Brewing's "I Got Your Six" Release

Manor Hill Brewing will release their popular beer "I Got Your Six" on Friday, November 8, 2024, in advance of Veteran's Day on November 11th. The recipe was developed by Manor Hill's Assistant Brewer and former Marine Brandon Miller, alongside fellow Marines from Key Brewing in Baltimore and Old Line Fine Wine & Beer in Beltsville. "I Got Your Six" is an American Lager made with Red Wheat, White Rice and Blue Corn. It was then hopped w/ Liberty & Independence hops.  Proceeds from sales of this beer are being donated to help prevent veteran suicide. Manor Hill Brewing will host a release event on Veterans Day weekend with discounts available with a military I.D. The Farm & Taproom will be open all weekend (Friday 4-9pm, Saturday 12-7pm, and Sunday 12-7pm) with 13 farm-brewed beers (+ hard seltzer) on draught and multiple options in cans available to go.
