November 3-31 Art Howard County 2017 at Howard County Arts Council
Showcasing artists who live, work, or study in Howard County, Maryland are the focus of Art Howard County 2017, a biennial, juried exhibit featuring work in a variety of media. This year’s guest juror is Thomas Engleman, Gallery Director and Professor of Visual Arts at Howard Community College, who will offer remarks and present juror awards at a free reception on November 10 from 6–8pm.
